This gorgeous four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is sure to please. The open floor plan is beautifully decorated throughout and includes a 50-inch flat-screen TV in the living room.

This is a pet-friendly home! There is a two-dog limit. Pets must be disclosed and additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Lower Floor

The interiors of Chateau Rouge are calming, the living and dining area is open plan seating for six guests with industrial looking furnishings whilst being lite by a chandelier. The main living area features a 5 seater couch facing a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchenware necessary to prepare meals at home, and a 5 seater breakfast bar.

At Chateau Rouge, you have a lower floor Queen-bedroom with access to a family bathroom with shower, perfect for family members who may struggle with stairs or those who just love being near to the pool!

Upper Floor

There is a king-sized, master suite with ensuite shower and tub combination, then down the hall is a twin-sized room with two twin beds in. Next door is a Queen sized bedroom both rooms opposite a family bathroom with a shower. Every bedroom is furnished with its own flat-screen TV with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Outside Living Space

When you want to bask in the Florida sun in the comfort of your own private town-home, there’s a splash-pool to the rear of the property, accompanied with an outside seating area, perfect for some alfresco!
