On the main floor, the expansive kitchen and family room area features a massive island with seating for 12, perfect for gathering and relaxing. This space also includes an 82-inch TV, cozy sofas, and a formal dining table. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, and full cooking equipment. Large sliding glass doors open to a covered outdoor dining area with a refrigerator, prep space, and a table for 6.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious pool deck surrounding a 36 ft x 15 ft private heated pool and hot tub (heating available at an additional cost). The home also includes a private gym equipped with a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, and a bench.

The highlight upstairs is a tiered cinema room featuring a projector, 100-inch screen, surround sound, and seating for 10. A large games room offers an Xbox, PS4, arcade machine, pool table, foosball, and an electric massage chair. Sliding doors lead to a balcony with seating and stunning views of the golf course. A convenient kitchenette serves the cinema and game areas.
