Welcome to The Tee Box, an 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa situated within the  Championsgate Resort, just under 15 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Spanning 3,909 sq. ft., this spacious rental offers the ideal setup for a memorable family vacation, complete with a private pool, a game room, and custom-designed kids’ bedrooms.

Outside, relax in a gorgeous screened-in private pool with a spillover spa. Dine al fresco under the covered porch, with a table seating 8, and enjoy the Florida sun on one of the four comfy loungers around the pool.

Inside, the open floor plan creates a welcoming space for the whole family. After a day of adventure, unwind in the living room with a plush leather sectional. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and an adjacent dining area with space for eight.

For entertainment, head to the game room with pool, foosball, and air hockey tables—perfect for some friendly family competition. The theater room upstairs features a 120-inch projection screen and six reclining armchairs, offering a true cinema experience. The second-floor loft provides an additional cozy spot with a large sectional sofa for watching movies together.

At night, retreat to one of the 8 well-appointed bedrooms. The first floor includes two master suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional king bedrooms, three bedrooms each with twin beds, and a fun bunk room with a twin/full bed—something for everyone to enjoy.
