Wine Tasting

In March, you’re just in time to enjoy the end of strawberry season, but how does this refer to wine? Oak Haven Farm and Winery, which is about 42 miles southwest of Walt Disney World, makes its wine from strawberries, blueberries and muscadine grapes. Most Florida wines are sweet and there are over thirty wineries in the Florida region. Oak Haven farm is a local family business and their delicious strawberry dessert wine is best paired with fruit dishes, chocolate and cheesecake. Do check with the winery before visiting to ensure that the tasting rooms are open. Pass the glass!
