We had a great stay. They were very responsive when we had questions before and during our stay. Nice pool and hot tub at the house. The community pool was busy but we still had a great time there. Enjoyed the restaurant for lunch by the pool. Easy to order and food was good!

Spacious, clean, and inclusive
3 families stayed at various points and we could easily accommodate everyone. Communication was great. House was plenty big, very clean, comfortable (including all the beds), and included all amenities. Game room was a bit outdated but served its purpose for some additional space and fun. Pool and spa were terrific. There are separate entrances to the development for owners and renters which was a minor inconvenience as GPS always wants to take you to owner gate which is a completely separate area and direction and times vary. Also the visitor gate was not allowing scans so we had to stop each time to enter instead of just using the reader. Minor IMO. House was overall great and would recommend

This property was exactly what was advertised. Great space, comfortable beds, hot tub and pool that were connected and stayed warm enough to swim in comfortably in January. about 15 minutes from the gate of Epcot with easy in and out to Disney. Highly recommend this location for Disney excursions.

Easy check in process! Clean property! The pool pump messed up our first evening so I called Global Resorts the next morning and they sent someone almost immediately, he couldn't get it fixed and had to send a pool guy. The pool and hot tub was fixed in a very timely manner!! Great customer service!!

This is a great house for a family vacation. It’s basically within 15 minutes of any of the Disney theme parks and it’s close Too many restaurants. It’s also only minutes away from Walmart.

We had a great experience at the home. The property manager was very responsive. The house appeared just as it was in the pictures. The only issue we had was poor draining tubs. I would suggest slightly better stocking of kitchen pots/pans. Otherwise, perfect!

Fabulous House
We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving in this house. We had a total of 10 in our family stay for the week, All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds. Everyone had their own bathroom which can be a blessing in itself. House is very spacious, the kids loved the game room, adults enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Location is perfect. Walmart shopping less than a mile, Publix market down the road. Disney is a very short drive. Truly a great house. The clubhouse was also amazing Hoping to rent again in the future. I had overslept and didn’t have time to vacuum before I left, I really felt bad about that. Anyhow this house could not disappoint anyone! Nina Bruner

Great time at Windsor Hills
We really loved staying here and would do it again in a heartbeat. The house was perfect for us - clean, roomy, comfortable, etc. A couple really small recommendations (not a deal breaker by any imagination but thought you might like the feedback). We noticed one of the quilts had a stain on it so not sure if you want to replace or if it can be cleaned. And the pool wasn't warm enough for swimming at night (and the hot tub didn't get hot) - we probably needed to reach out to you to get these corrected but like I said it wasn't a big deal for us. Just what we hoped for!
This house was just perfect for a family with multiple kids! The game room and pool were wonderful. The home was very inviting and was laid out very well. The beds and linens were all very comfortable. It was also wonderful having a washer and dryer available. We loved our stay! My only suggestion would be for the owners/management to provide just a couple more trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. We were not there long enough (4 nights) to warrant buying all of the needed things for the home as it is not possible to buy such small quantities. Having to fly back and be mindful of packing space with a large family, we did not want to worry about what we could and could not fly back with, what we had room for, or feeling bad over what we had to throw out. It did not seem as if leaving extras for others to use was permitted due to the complete absence of any sundries on the property except for the handful of advertised things provided by management. We stay in a lot of rental homes and they are generally a little more generous with such supplies.

Perfect location
Our party of 7 enjoyed the house and location so much we are trying to decide when to return. The pool was a little on the chilly side so next time we will ask for it to be heated. The home was clean and staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this home.
