What should we bring with us from home?
Every villa has been furnished and equipped to ensure that you have a fantastic vacation. Each villa comes with air conditioning, telephone, washer/dryer/ iron and ironing board, cable TV and Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, bed linen, towels, hairdryers, arrival soap and toilet paper.
Will I stay in the property I’ve seen online?
Absolutely! Once we’ve confirmed your chosen villa is available, we will block that property for you.
How to get to our villa and access it?
Once your identity has been verified we will give you a unique code for the keyless entry system for the property.
Is there a check in and check out time?
Check in time on all homes is anytime after 4pm, check out time is dependant on the property, some of our homes are 10.00 am, others are 11 am.
What is required at check out?
Place all trash in the bins, and make sure the home is secure before leaving the property
Who would I speak to in Florida if I have any villa issues?
We have a 24/7 call our service to ensure you’re always supported
Do I need to drive or are their shuttles to theme parks?
Reunion Resort and Encore Resort both provide a shuttle service, for the other resorts a car would be advisable.
Do I need an International Driving Licence?
No, this isn’t required.
Are the vacation homes cleaned daily?
All our vacation homes are professionally cleaned prior and post guest stays. If, however, you require a cleaning service during your stay, we can quote on that service. The rentals come with cleaning items such as dishwasher, washing machine, mop, brush and pan.
Is there a telephone in every villa?
Yes, there is a telephone in each villa. Please be aware of local and international charges when making calls. Local calls are free
Do you have any vacation rentals with disabled access?
Yes, we have a good selection of properties which are suitable for those with ability issues, simply enquire and we’ll email some suggestions to you.
Do you have villas with space for multiple vehicle parking?
Yes, if you’re meeting family and friends at one of our vacation homes, just let us know the max number of vehicles requiring parking and we’ll tailor our suggestions based on that.
Do I have to pay extra to heat the pool?
Yes, you would be required to pay an additional fee to heat the pool and this will be given when booking as an option. We also give advice on the time of year when we suggest pools to be heated.
If I heat the pool, will it cool down at night?
Yes, as the pool heater operate on timers to come on in the morning and stop in the evenings. In the winter months, it can therefore be harder to maintain a warm temperature in the pool. We cannot guarantee pool temperatures.
Do you have any adjoining villas?
Yes we have a few homes next to each other , we often rent out neighboring properties for large groups. Let us know your group size and we’ll make some suggestions
Do all the villa kitchens come fully equipped?
All our vacation homes come with fully equipped kitchens, including all necessary utensils to prepare meals at home. If you require I specific appliance prior to travel, please contact us.
Are all your villas non-smoking?
Yes, all of our vacation rentals are non-smoking villas.
Are there laundry facilities nearby?
All our vacation homes come with a washing machine and dryer within them.
How close are they to Disney and other attractions?
The majority of Florida Premier Rentals vacation homes are situated within a 15-minute radius of Walt Disney World and close to other theme parks. Depending on the villa chosen, you would travel no more the 30 minutes by car to reach any major theme park. Please ask when choosing your villa.
How many people are allowed in each home?
Each property has a maximum number of guests allocated, depending on the number of bedrooms. Let us know your group size and we can suggest aligned vacation rentals.
What is the closest airport to the villas?
The closest airport for Orlando arrivals is Orlando International Airport is a major public airport located six miles southeast of Downtown Orlando.
Do you allow pets?

How can I order food into the villa?
If your vacation rental is situated within a gated community or resort, there are usually onsite restaurants to order food from. If this is not the case, you will find a compendium at the property with food suggestions.
Are there any children’s activities nearby?
Lots of our vacation homes come with games rooms, consoles and flat-screen TV’s with Wi-Fi. All properties come with a private pool too and lots are set within luxury resorts, These resorts also have resort style pools, often with waterslides, sports courts and sometimes kid’s clubs. Oh, and there’s all the theme park fun too! Just ask for specifics on your chosen property when you’re making an enquiry.
Are there golf courses nearby?
Orlando is famed for its fabulous golf courses and we feature lots of vacation homes right next to them! If you love golf, just let us know and we’ll make some suggestions.

How do I reserve my chosen villa?
If you book directly through our website, you can save on service fees or , alternatively, give us a call
When will I receive my confirmation of reservation and payment?
You will receive your confirmation of reservation as soon as it has been processed by email
How do I pay for my villa?
We accept credit card, wire transfer or check. Just let us know your preference
Does the total include all taxes and fees?
Yes, it does.
Do I pay a deposit of in full when I book?
Yes, a 20% deposit is payable when you book and the balance is due 60 days before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: – 60 days or more prior to arrival – loss of deposit Within 60 days of arrival – no refund .
What is the Property Protection Fee ?
It covers you in case of breakages in the property.
What if I wanted to extend my stay?
As long as the property is still available, contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate you for longer!

Can I get a refund?
If you have to cancel your trip (especially at the last minute), you will forfeit all of your rental fees. There are ways to protect yourself. First, make sure you know what the cancellation policies are for the property you are renting.
Second, consider purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance for added protection. If your trip has to be cancelled for covered reasons such as illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, weather conditions which cause delay/cancellation of travel, or fire or flood in your home, this coverage protects your investment and will reimburse the normally non-refundable payments you make for your vacation rental, airline tickets and other covered travel related fees.
