This rental home was perfect for what we needed. On our 1st night the 1st floor ac had an issue and they had a tech out within an hour, even at 8pm! it was fixed quick and the tech was very professional. The home was clean, the game room was a nice bonus and the pool was great! What else could you ask for in a rental 5 mins from Disney property!

We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times during our visits to Kissimmee, but this home was the BEST one we've stayed at so far! It was clean, spacious, and full of amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable - I enjoyed the fact that they weren't obnoxiously decorated. In fact, the entire place is beautifully and tastefully decorated! The game room was also the BEST we've ever had access to. Carpeted! I've NEVER seen that before! The kitchen was nicely stocked for any in-house cooking you plan to do. The pool was the perfect escape. Location is also ideal, very close to the community pool and fitness center. Just a fantastic stay! We will definitely be back!

The host was very easy to reach through airbnb messaging. Response time was very quick, which is greatly appreciated. We had an electric box issue and it was handled quickly before we returned back to the house. We were lucky to get in a little earlier, which was definitely a plus! Overall it was a great!. I would recommend to read everything prior as there’s alot to know about the place and the amenities it provides.

Fantastic family vacation!
The house was very clean & welcoming. We all enjoyed the amenities & there was plenty of room for all. We had a tiny issue and Global was very attentive with their response and sending a tech out. The tech was very nice & got the job done! :) I would definitely recommend this property & when we go back to Orlando I hope its available for us again!

It was a great location. Close to Disney and all the restaurants. Home was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Games room was a hit. It was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Grandson enjoyed community park and pool. The only drawback was the disposal of garbage. Being used to using a large bin for disposal, the small bench type seat was not adequate. Although pick up was everyday and we tried to maximize use, if you have 7 people staying the check out day leaves an overflow that I felt bad about. Bottom line ... this would be a place we would come back to.

The house and the location was great. We had no problems and would definitely recommend this house. The house is full with amenities like a game room and a pool. The community gym and pool are great too. We were not too far from Disney world and universal studios also.

Clean! Great Communication! Great House!
This is our third house we stayed at in this gated community. Hands down the best one yet! Everything was clean, as described, and beds were comfortable. Was a great stay! We have a pretty big family and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. The communication was awesome and fast. Definitely Recommend this House!

Great Resort!
Windsor Hills is a great resort!! The location couldn’t be better, everything we needed was in a 5-mile radius and it took no more than 10-15 minutes to get to any of the parks. The house was very nice, clean and spacious. We had 9 in our group and had plenty of space. The only negative was the pool was not heated when we arrived (even though we called 48 hours before to set up), but Management was responsive and had someone out the next morning to fix the problem.

Brilliant Holiday and great house
The house was great and we all felt very relaxed and at home there and that's what you need when you've been on your feet all day. I didn't think I'd want to go back to Florida again but I enjoyed it so much I hope to return in a year or two, hopefully to this house. The only thing I felt was missing was a welcome pack with instructions for appliances, pool cleaning and information on local facilities, including doctors.

Great vacation
The house was wonderful. A few minor details, hair dryer in my daughters bedroom was broken and the shower lacked much hot water. Great layout and tons of space for all! Loved the pool and hot tub. Super convenient and fast to get to all Disney Parks and local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Disney, Universal, Disney Springs, SeaWorld quick trip from Windsor Hills. Not too mention WalMart with gas station, restaurants and discount Disney/FL souvenir shops galore right up the road! Any Galaga/ Pac Man fans!!?? Arcade IN his house!! POOL and HOT TUB best adult break after kiddos crashed !!
