If you are looking for a large vacation rental in Florida that sleeps 20 or more, the gated resort communities around Walt Disney World are where the biggest houses built for groups are. The bedroom count is the least useful number on the listing. These are the things that decide whether 20 people are comfortable for a week:
- Real beds for the adults. The sleeps figure includes bunk beds and sofa beds, so count how many adults need a proper bed and check that against the king and queen rooms, not the total.
- Bathrooms per bedroom. Many large-group homes give most bedrooms their own en-suite, which is what stops the morning queue before the parks. Check the bathroom count as closely as the bedrooms.
