  Beautiful property. The pool and game room were definitely the best part of the whole stay! The pool was very clean, someone came twice in the week we were there to clean it. The kids had a blast in the game room! There was plenty of room for everyone. The property manager was quick to respond to all our questions. We will definitely come back. We made a lot of memories with the other family we were with!

  Amazing stay!!! This is our second time staying at the Encore resort and this house was even better than the first. The house was in great shape and looked exactly like the pictures. It was also extremely clean - you could tell the floors and bathrooms were well cleaned and carpets all vacuumed. Beds were super comfortable and linens felt very clean like a nice hotel. Pool area was nice and clean too! House was also very well stocked with supplies and towels. Lastly, special shout-out to our host! They were always responsive and when we found out on our last day that our flight was over three hours delayed, they were gracious enough to let us have a later checkout so the kids could enjoy the pool a little more instead of sitting at the airport. Thanks so much for a great stay!!!

  My family of 16 really enjoyed our stay. House is spacious with 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and exactly as pictured! We especially enjoyed the game room,pool and spa! Located 15 minutes from the Disney Parks and 35 from Universal it’s was an easy commute to all the parks we visited. Also for added convenience they have a high chair which we were able use for my 2 year old which we appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here.

  The villa was absolutely amazing, beautiful place and spacious! Games room was great, kids loved it! Would definitely recommend the villa. The management company, Orange Vacation Homes were helpful at first then received a message on the day of check in to say that there was a problem and we couldn’t check in until after 9pm! Messaged and called a number of times with no reply and felt really let down and messed around. Overall Communication was a downfall but the villa was amazing.

  Even better than expected!

  The neighborhood was high end, with a gorgeous clubhouse / water park area and gated entrance. The house was immaculate! Incredible pool and hot tub, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, A/C that worked great, washer / dryer, etc. The location was super convenient also - about 16 mins to Disney most days and about 25 mins to Universal. We will definitely stay here again!!
