Welcome to The Happy Spot at Reunion! This spacious 3,374 sq. ft. villa features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and offers a perfect blend of luxury and fun for up to 12 guests. Located in the beautiful Reunion Resort, you’re just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions.

Inside, enjoy an open floor plan filled with natural light. The living area boasts a 75-inch 4K SMART TV and comfy sectionals. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a dining table for 8. There’s also a half bathroom near the foyer and a laundry room on the second floor.

Step outside through sliding doors to your private, west-facing pool with a spillover spa, sun loungers, and a gas fire pit. The covered lanai includes a BBQ grill, dining table for 8, and a kids’ play area. A newly built playground is also nearby.

For relaxation, enjoy movie nights in the ground floor theater room with a 120-inch projection screen, 9 recliner seats, Apple TV, and a PS4. The second-floor game room features a Star Wars Battle Pod arcade, a 4-player Cocktail arcade, LED-lit foosball table, and an Xbox One-connected TV.

Accommodations include three master suites with king-size beds and custom kids’ rooms. The space-themed master suite features a life-size astronaut and fiber optic ceiling.
