Great property in a great location
Close to all the main resorts, and plenty of restaurants around. There was a small issue with the air con which was resolved quickly.

Perfection. Really nice, clean, and comfortable place with all the amenities to accompdate myself and family. Highly recommended! And canmot wait to ome back for years to come!!

Everything was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend it highly enough, we would most definitely stay again. The highlight, especially for our kids was the pool and hot tub. The waterpark was great too, everyone was very accommodating!

This home is really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We weren't that far from all the area attractions. Plus, the neighborhood offers several pools and a small waterpark. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for a nice stay.

A Definite Great Place to Stay Close to Disney
This Windsor Hills House is a great place for 8 adults & 4 kids. The kids loved the Star Wars game room. The adults loved the open kitchen and family room to socialize. Everyone enjoyed not only the backyard pool but the free access to the resort with water slides. Great Family Place close to Disney and many restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay immensely!
I can’t say enough positives about our host Yvonne, and Encore. The Encore property is immaculate, safe, and beautiful. We had a few things that needed to be resolved upon our arrival. The WiFi was out when we arrived, and the ac temp was a bit high. We did had a little problem with the temp in the pool not working, and that was attended to immediately! We were also refunded for the time it wasn’t working as well. We spoke to the concierge in person, and they were resolved before we arrived back at the house. So quick and easy. We didn’t use any of the amenities, other than the water park and pool, because we were there for Disney and Universal. Though the resort would have entertained all of us, had that not been the case. The house itself had ample space for 10 of us. It supplied everything we needed and more. The back yard had a pool, as well as outdoor games, and a swing set for the kids to refresh after a long day of the parks.

Great family vacation
The property was just as wonderful as described! Water park on site was great for all ages. The location was central for all Disney parks. The house was a great fit for large families. We had 16 and had plenty of room. The whole vacation was amazing!

A relaxing place to stay after a long day of play!
The property was exactly as described. It was a great place to unwind at after long days at the theme parks and a perfect place for a rest day or two. The club house and pool were a nice added bonus. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved it!
We came down with two families of 4 to visit Disney and couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was great- we couldn’t get our 4 year old girls out of it! The house was perfectly in theme and very convenient to the parks. The garage arcade was also super cute! Additionally the neighborhood water park area was great and perfect for our “off day”. Our only small hiccups were the internet kept going out and the arcade games were a little glitchy. And maybe add a couch for the movie room. But all in all truly no complaints and would 100% stay here again!! Highly recommend for families : ) Great trip!

This property was perfect for our trip. Great communication with rental group, very clean, lots of space, great location. I’m VERY picky and I would recommend this to anyone. We have 4 kids and spent time at Disney parks and seaworld. You are 15 minutes from Disney - super easy drive. Lots of restaurants and Publix supermarket nearby. Location was very quiet in January- which was nice. The home was perfect for stretching out and relaxing after being in the parks. I’ll probably never stay on Disney property again- we needed this space. Multiple bathrooms- bedrooms were comfy- washing machine and dryer were a huge plus. Thank you so much for a great stay.
