Welcome to Lakeside Escape your premier destination in Windsor Hills, the closest gated resort to Disney World. This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa accommodates 12 guests plus infants, offering a perfect location near the main pool and water park. Enjoy a private pool overlooking the serene lake with no rear neighbors, complete with a new high-output heater and color-changing lights.

This villa has undergone a complete renovation with high-end finishes throughout. It features a custom Virtual Reality studio equipped with PS5, Xbox, Oculus, and an arcade machine.

The entire home has been beautifully updated, including a brand new kitchen with custom soft-close cabinets, quartz countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and premium lighting. Each bedroom boasts new beds, furniture, and SmartTVs with cable and streaming capabilities. The upstairs layout includes a King master suite with a full crib, another King suite, a Queen room, a StarWars-themed room with twin bunks, and a Princess-themed room with two twin beds. There’s an additional Queen bedroom on the main level.

All four bathrooms have been renovated with new quartz countertops, sinks, faucets, floors, and paint. The villa features new floors throughout, accent paint, and décor that enhances the space. Entertainment options abound with TVs in every bedroom, a 70-inch TV in the living room, and outdoor TVs by the pool.

Outside, enjoy the screened-in pool area, outdoor dining, additional seating, and loungers. Experience stunning views of the nightly Disney fireworks from the comfort of your villa, located second-closest to the main pool and clubhouse with resort amenities like a water park, clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, theatre, arcade, and more.

For larger groups, infants do not count towards the 12-guest limit (crib available), and there’s an option to rent an upgraded condo nearby or other villas on the same street. Parking is available for three vehicles, with an oversize lot for a fourth vehicle by arrangement.
