Spanning 3,407 sq. ft., this home offers ample space for your family, complete with a private pool, spillover spa, theater room, themed children’s bedrooms, and more.

Starlit Cove  boasts an open floor plan, featuring a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that seats up to 8 guests. The living area is perfect for family gatherings, equipped with a 60-inch SMART TV and scenic views of the pool area. The ground floor includes a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a half bathroom, and a laundry room.

On the second floor, you’ll find a loft area with a leather sectional, 60-inch SMART TV, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The remaining bedrooms are also located on this floor, including two themed children’s rooms: a Minion-themed room with a queen bed and a video game room featuring three sets of custom bunk beds (two twin and four full beds). The upstairs also includes a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each with a SMART TV.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine in your private pool and spa, which overlook the Jack Nicklaus golf course. The pool area is well-appointed with seven sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a built-in grill. After a day in the pool, unwind in your private theater room, complete with seven leather recliner seats and a 110-inch projection screen for your favorite movies.

Beautiful property!
Grandparents, kids, and grandchildren all loved the house. The youngsters were over the moon about the decor. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Convenient easy drive to Disney parks and Universal. Thank you so much!

Wonderful home!
We could not have been more pleased with this vacation home!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, beautiful pool and nice neighborhood. The Mario room was a hit with the grandchildren as well as the swimming pool with slide .Close to Disney yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

Birthday at Disney
It was perfect for our family - 3 children under 5 and 5 adults. Lots of room and a small private pool. Close to Disney and themed bedrooms for the kids. There are Kids plates, cups, and utensils. A nice touch. It was clean and convenient. We will be back.

Great property in a great location
Close to all the main resorts, and plenty of restaurants around. There was a small issue with the air con which was resolved quickly.

Everything was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend it highly enough, we would most definitely stay again. The highlight, especially for our kids was the pool and hot tub. The waterpark was great too, everyone was very accommodating!

This home is really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We weren't that far from all the area attractions. Plus, the neighborhood offers several pools and a small waterpark. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for a nice stay.

A Definite Great Place to Stay Close to Disney
This Windsor Hills House is a great place for 8 adults & 4 kids. The kids loved the Star Wars game room. The adults loved the open kitchen and family room to socialize. Everyone enjoyed not only the backyard pool but the free access to the resort with water slides. Great Family Place close to Disney and many restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay immensely!
I can’t say enough positives about our host Yvonne, and Encore. The Encore property is immaculate, safe, and beautiful. We had a few things that needed to be resolved upon our arrival. The WiFi was out when we arrived, and the ac temp was a bit high. We did had a little problem with the temp in the pool not working, and that was attended to immediately! We were also refunded for the time it wasn’t working as well. We spoke to the concierge in person, and they were resolved before we arrived back at the house. So quick and easy. We didn’t use any of the amenities, other than the water park and pool, because we were there for Disney and Universal. Though the resort would have entertained all of us, had that not been the case. The house itself had ample space for 10 of us. It supplied everything we needed and more. The back yard had a pool, as well as outdoor games, and a swing set for the kids to refresh after a long day of the parks.

Great family vacation
The property was just as wonderful as described! Water park on site was great for all ages. The location was central for all Disney parks. The house was a great fit for large families. We had 16 and had plenty of room. The whole vacation was amazing!
