Overview

The Birdie is a luxury, vacation rental capable of accommodating up to twenty-five guests, in nine bedrooms. set right in the heart of Kissimmee, close to the excitement of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Lower Floor

The interiors of The Birdie vacation home are stunning. Think light coloured walls, tiled flooring, comfy furnishing and pendant lighting. Very stylish, open plan living and dining area features a grey leather corner seating sofa with two accent blue armchair facing a large, flat-screen TV. The chef in the family will feel at home in the fully fitted kitchen, which comes with stainless steel appliances, including range, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils. A breakfast bar with seating for five is the perfect place for morning coffee and a contemporary white high gloss dining table sits up to ten guests for dinner. Of the downstairs bedrooms, you have two King-sized bedrooms with en suites. The games room is prefect for family tournaments! or if the kids just want to hang out too, with a pool and air hockey table, this is the perfect place to release the inner competitive side.

Upper Floor

There are also flat-screen TV’s in every bedroom in the property which is Wi-Fi capable. The upstairs bedrooms consist of two King sized beds with attached bathroom and family bathroom, two Queen sized bedroom with ensuites, The Wizard themed room has three double beds and attached bathroom and two double bedded room with family bathroom. Lastly, there is also a bedroom with one twin and a double bed in with attached bathroom.

Outside Living Space

When you want to soak in the Florida sun in the comfort of your own private villa, there is a stunning pool with a spill-over spa screened in from the elements to the rear of the property. A purpose-built lanai with fan overhead hosts an alfresco dining table, allowing for relaxed, outdoor dining.

Located within Champions Gate Resort, Florida Premier Rentals guests with benefit from all resort amenities, including two, Greg Norman-designed, eighteen-hole, championship golf courses, a swimming pool with private cabanas, a heated family pool with water slide and lazy river, fitness centre, and a restaurant and bar.
