The main floor boasts an open concept design, including a spacious living room, formal dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Relax in the living room with a 65-inch SMART TV, or enjoy a movie on the 120-inch projection screen with surround sound. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing family meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for 8.

Step outside to the private courtyard pool area and soak up the Florida sun. The custom pool features a spillover spa, and the built-in BBQ grill makes outdoor dining a delight, with seating for 8 at the alfresco dining table. For added safety, the pool area includes a fence.

After exploring Orlando’s attractions, unwind in the comfort of the villa’s private bedrooms. The first floor features a king bedroom with a 50-inch SMART TV. On the second floor, you’ll find another king suite, a room with two full beds, and a galactic-themed kids’ room with a single over full bunk bed. The third floor offers a spacious king bedroom with a balcony, ensuite bathroom, and 55-inch SMART TV.

The annex, accessible via the courtyard, provides additional privacy and space with two more bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, both equipped with SMART TVs.
