We definitely enjoyed our stay but it was very difficult to get in and out. The HOA security process is very complex and makes you lose time which is precious during vacation.

Nicely decorated, looking like the pictures throughout, was well positioned for the theme parks and exactly what we wanted for our visit. Had one minor issue with a door lock which was resolved the same day. Would happily recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was super helpful and responsive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated their kindness when they allowed me back in after checkout to retrieve some belongings I accidentally left behind. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was very nice and clean it was an amazing stay only problem I had was getting inside the gate we couldn’t input the gate number as we needed a scan code which was not provided and had to always wait for someone else to come open gate.

Champions Gate area has always been our favorite place to stay while we are in Orlando. We love the beautiful townhouse, and the kids particularly enjoyed swimming in the pool. They rated the house a perfect 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay there again next year.

The place was exactly what we expected. Very clean and comfortable. only issue we had was at check in as the gate did not have our name and would not let us through. it was 1;30am and we could not contact host. we ended up staying in a hotel close by for the night. The host did get us into our place early the next morning and reimbursed us 100% for the hotel room, so they did the right thing!

Great stay - knocked down a star because the check in code didn’t work. But they responded super fast when I raised it. Also Two of the showers needed maintenance (they fixed them as soon as I flagged them) Great stay, great location, great communication.

House is beautiful, clean and spacious. Pool was great. Better instructions to get to check-in gate would be appreciated. Beware of parking, on several nights there was no parking on the whole block, many families renting other units came 2-3 cars deep, leaving a lack of parking for each unit. Parking is not assigned so you are SOL. Issues with the access pass actually working with the complex scanners is another issue. Even the security guards were frustrated by it. Long lines at the gates when access passes were not scanning correctly.
