Encore Resort at Reunion is the newest of the Disney-area communities and the one that feels most serviced. A single clubhouse holds the AquaPark, the fitness centre, a full restaurant and bar, and a concierge desk that will stock your kitchen, book park tickets and arrange a private chef before you land.
The homes are contemporary rather than Mediterranean — bright, open-plan and full of themed children's bedrooms, from Frozen suites to Star Wars bunk rooms. It's our first recommendation for families who want the villa space but hotel back-up.

Is the water park free for guests?
Yes. AquaPark access, the fitness centre and the sports courts are included with every Encore home we rent — no wristband fees.
Does Encore have a park shuttle?
There's a complimentary scheduled shuttle to the Disney parks from the clubhouse. Times vary by season and we'll send the current schedule with your check-in pack.
How new are the Encore homes?
Most were built between 2017 and 2022, so kitchens, air conditioning and pool equipment are current — noticeably newer than the older Disney-area communities.
Can the concierge stock the kitchen before we arrive?
They can. Send a grocery list a few days ahead and it'll be unpacked and in the fridge when you walk in. We'll pass the request on for you.
