Yes. AquaPark access, the fitness centre and the sports courts are included with every Encore home we rent — no wristband fees.

There's a complimentary scheduled shuttle to the Disney parks from the clubhouse. Times vary by season and we'll send the current schedule with your check-in pack.

Most were built between 2017 and 2022, so kitchens, air conditioning and pool equipment are current — noticeably newer than the older Disney-area communities.

They can. Send a grocery list a few days ahead and it'll be unpacked and in the fridge when you walk in. We'll pass the request on for you.

Yes. The Aqua Park comes with the stay rather than being a paid extra — the three-slide tower, the lagoon pool, the Surfing Safari kids' splash area and the poolside facilities. Cabana rentals and food are charged separately, as you would expect.

No, and this trips people up regularly. Encore Resort at Reunion is its own gated resort with its own clubhouse, water park, restaurants and front desk, sitting next to Reunion Resort. Staying at one does not give you access to the other's facilities.

The Surfing Safari Kids Splash Area has four miniature water slides and interactive splash features, there is a separate splash pad at the East Side Amenity Center, and the resort runs an activity programme of movie nights, pool games and crafts on a monthly calendar. Bike and surrey rentals are available too.

Four, plus delivery. Finns Restaurant is the sit-down option, The Bis Grill is casual, Shark Lounge is the bar, and Encore Coffee House covers mornings. Nico's Pizza delivers to the home, which is the one most guests discover on the first tired evening.

Roughly six miles, usually ten to fifteen minutes by car. Encore sits on the western side of the parks near Reunion, off the I-4 corridor, so the drive misses most of the US-192 tourist traffic. Every home we manage has free parking.

The resort offers complimentary transportation to the theme parks. Schedules and which parks are served are set by the resort and do change, so check at the front desk when you arrive rather than planning a park day around it in advance.

A regulation-size soccer field, a tennis court, full-size and half-size basketball courts, and a beach volleyball court. The fitness centre has treadmills, weights, personal training and group classes for a range of ages and abilities.

The lagoon pool is monitored by lifeguards during peak season. That is worth knowing if you are travelling with weaker swimmers, because it is not standard across Orlando resort communities — most rely on parents entirely.

Our Encore homes run from four to eleven bedrooms, which puts the resort in the mid-to-large band. Most have a private pool and many add a games room or a home cinema. The counts on this page are live, so they show exactly what we have there right now.

The nearest Publix is about three miles away, roughly seven minutes by car, and it is the usual stop on the way in from the airport. The resort has food and drink outlets but no full grocery, so plan a shop for a self-catering stay.
