Lego Star Wars Day

Enjoy three weekends of fun in ‘a galaxy far, far away’ at Legoland Florida. Unveiling the latest addition to MINILAND, the resort will add Star Wars, ‘The Force Awakens’ MINILAND model display. Made from 1000’s of lego bricks, it features memorable moments from Episode VII of the popular Star Wars saga, enhanced with lights, sound effects and animation. Meet Lego Darth Vader and new Star Wars Lego characters and please remember to dress up as your favorite Star War’s character for a chance to win a resort prize. Dates are May 5-6, 12-13, 19-20^th.

Taste of Soul Food Festival

On Saturday May 12^th, head down to Festival Park for the second annual ‘Taste of Soul Food’ Festival. A family feast of taste, sights and sounds, enjoy some home cooked, African American food. There will be a kid’s play area and skating rink, arts and crafts vendors and lots of fun games. Join the ‘Soul Train Line Dance’ and groove to classic Soul tracks. Electric Ocean at Sea World opens

Charge up your summer nights at Sea World’s Electric Ocean events, beginning May 26^th through to September. When the sun goes down, a spectacular night of lightshow, glowing sea creatures, fireworks and fountains begins. Watch the brilliance of world-renowned bubble masters, who combine wonders of the natural world with amazing bubble artistry. Legendary dolphin Shamu returns in a high energy night show and you can laugh along with Seaworld’s comedic sea lions. Galactic Nights at Walt Disney World

On May 27^th Disney’s Hollywood Studios will host the return of ‘Galactic Nights’, a special Star Wars event. Join a Disney scavenger hunt, meet characters on the Star Wars encounters and ride Hollywood Studios attractions with little or no wait time. Witness iconic film events remembered in a special live performance and feel the force with a night-time spectacular of state-of-the-art projection effects, lasers and pyrotechnics. Taking place from 7:00pm to midnight, this VIP experience is one-of-a-kind, so snap up your passes fast!

Orlando Carnival Downtown 2018

Shake your tail feather and celebrate the culture of the Caribbean at the Orlando Carnival this year. A family friendly festival, enjoy colorful parades, fantastic music and arts and crafts.
