Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We rented cribs for convenience, but unfortunately they were not at the property when we checked in. There were several back-and-forth conversations to coordinate their delivery, and when they finally arrived, the mattresses had been forgotten, causing an additional delay. We also rented an umbrella to have by the pool but when it was delivered the stand was not included and we did not receive the stand until the next day. That said, the host was responsive throughout the process. Aside from that inconvenience of the additional rentals, we had a positive stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean the entire house was. Every bedroom had its own fun Disney theme, and each bathroom was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home had everything we could possibly need and more. Having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a full oven, and an additional convection oven made cooking for our group so easy and convenient. The kids had the best time enjoying the pool, hot tub, and playground area. There was truly something for everyone, and the home was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed from Wednesday through today, and every moment was wonderful. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Disney area. Thank you for helping make our family vacation so special!

House itself was nice, it was clean upon arrival. The only issues we had was the AC upstairs went out and the kitchen lights did as well. I called the host to report and they came and fixed both issues quickly and in a timely matter, which we appreciated. The pool balcony door does have an alarm and it can be frustrating until you get used it. lol Overall the house was fine.

Everything was great at the house. The access to the community and house was easy no issues at all. The only thing we did not like was the sliding door alarm. We had to access the back yard though the master bedroom.

Amazing stay! We hosted our large annual family trip here and had an amazing time. The house was exactly as described Ana the host was always responsive and accommodating to what we needed. Everything was excellent!! We had an awful experience with another home and booked this one just an hour before checking in and it was the best decision we made! Very nice and spacious house. Amazing house for our large family trip. Accommodated 19 of us very comfortably. We had a few minor hiccups that were address rapidly but the overall experience was great. Upon arrival the entry code given did not work, I had to call twice for assistance. The second call was successful in getting an agent on the line to let us in remotely. The amenities listed a grill we’d have access to but would have to refill the propane tank, which would not have been a problem. However, after arrival we realized there wasn’t a grill on the property. After inquiring, we received notice that we’d have to pay a fee for the grill to be delivered for use. We paid the grill fee and heated spa fee.
