  The house was just what we needed. Lots of bedroom space to fit all of us, and only a short drive to Disney World. The house was easy to access, clean, and had comfortable beds (a huge plus!) the kids loved the game room in the air conditioned garage and spent a lot of time in there. They also enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is gated and each guest has to scan a QR code for access, so there were often backups at the entry gates in the afternoons, but other than that we had a great experience.

  Everything was awesome. Only suggestion would be that the master king bedroom upstairs was never as cool as the rest of the house. Thermostat read 72 and setting was 72 but that one room and bath never got down to 72. They came out twice but was still not as cool as the rest of the house.

  House was very nice, spacious bedrooms. Backyard was nice for kids both playground and pool. Our family felt very comfortable in this home, House could use an updated coffee maker, and more utensils.

  We enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and accommodated our family perfectly. The location was right off the highway. Restaurants and grocery stores less than 10 mins away. There were a couple issues that were handled in a timely manner. Would stay here again.

  Our family and group was amazed at how beautiful, modern, clean, and well equipped this home was. We had everything we needed and felt really spoiled and in a Zen-like atmosphere. The beds were so comfy and the sheets felt luxurious. I loved how all rooms had a designated batbroom, even when sharing between rooms, the lay out of the house was genious!! I will stay here again and again and will look for the Expertly-managed Orange Vacation Homes on Airbnb. Also, many of the instructions were so helpful to allow us to plan for a better stay. The location was prime!! Minutes to Supermarkets and retail shops, restaurants, etc., and 15 min to Disney parks was the best!!! Great Job done here!!!

  Our family loved this home and would stay there again if we come back to the Orlando area. The house was very clean and well built and perfect for our kids to keep busy inside and in the backyard by the pool. Highly recommend this home!!

  Beautiful house in a lovely private gated community. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house is beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen, an amazing game room, outdoor pool and spa, plenty of space for everyone to thoroughly enjoy their time at the house. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. 5 stars!!! Would definitely stay again at this house…do not hesitate to book your reservation!

  The house was beautiful and clean. Close to everything. My guest has a lot to do in the home and out the home. Lister was responsive. WiFi info on the property was incorrect so had to contact them. I paid for 4 nights of the spa and pool to be heated. 2 out of the 4 it was heated. Waiting on refund for one night. Maintenance came by and said the water heater was bad and had to contact owner to get approval for new one. An inconvenience on our part as the pool and the spa are one of the main focal points of this property that we were unable to use on two days/nights. All in all it was a good stay.

  Perfect Disney Getaway

  Great house

  House was perfect for our group. Yard and pool area were great for relaxing, rooms are spaced out and everything was clean. Garage with game room was awesome for the kids. Only issue was that not all TVs had cable. Not a big deal . Everything else was great. Location was about 15 min to Disney parks and a short walk to the main pool area.

  Family vacation

  House was perfect for our group of 11. Bedrooms were large - and allowed plenty of privacy. Having 2 separate living room spaces was nice so that the older kids could play video games and watch TV on the second floor - while other hung out on the first floor. We didn’t pay extra to heat the pool - which was a good choice for a June visit! Shuttle service to theme parks was a perk - though it wasn’t always timely. Overall - the house met our needs!
