  The place was very accommodating for our large group (adults, teens and children) and we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. The host was very responsive and addressed our needs accordingly. The space felt like home and we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely would recommend this home for large groups.

  Me and my family enjoy our stay! Bests choice! Plenty of space for everyone! The kids enjoyed the pool, stores close by! Whatever you need they will help assist you no matter what time it is! Will stay again!

  La casa fue perfecta para nuestro grupo de 5 niños y 15 adultos. Los 7 baños hicieron la estadía muy cómoda para todos. La piscina y el jacuzzi fueron excelentes, especialmente porque la piscina tenía iluminación nocturna. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada y tenía todo lo necesario. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que el asador de gas que aparece en las fotos requería un pago adicional de $108 para usarlo, algo que no estaba claro al reservar. Como necesitábamos hacer un asado para nuestro grupo, compramos un asador de carbón nuevo en Walmart por unos $70, que terminó siendo más económico. Lo dejamos en la casa para que futuros huéspedes puedan utilizarlo y no se lleven la misma sorpresa. También nos decepcionó que los huéspedes de esta propiedad no tengan acceso a la zona de piscinas y toboganes del complejo. Por el valor de la estadía, nos habría gustado que esto se informara con mayor claridad. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo excelente. Casa amplia, limpia y perfecta para grupos grandes

  House is perfect. So clean and kitchen is filled with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen towels. Host is so friendly and responsible. And absolute must for a large group!

  Beautiful home and spacious! We had 17 people and it didn't feel like we were cramped. Definitely recommend getting a pass as the toll road is close by that will take you to all attractions. The home is in a safe and welcoming resort, that is well maintained by the staff. There are some cosmetic defects in the home that did not change or affect our stay. Overall it is a fantastic place to stay.

  My family and I stayed there for the Thanksgiving holiday and a we had a great time. The house was great and the backyard pool area was like a mini Oasis. We really enjoyed it! The only negative that I could say is that the people next door had a holiday function as well and they we're parked blocking us in and on the sidewalks, however the positive to that is that the community security did continue to monitor the area and have them move and also issue tickets if they didn't. My host was excellent and always communicated with me in reference to what we needed for the stay and for check-in, in addition to always responding if I called or messaged them Thank you so much Orange Vacation Homes we had a great time and will definitely book from you again!!🙏

  Our stay in Family Villa was wonderful. Everything was exceptionally cleaned, appliances were new or well maintained, and all items were well stocked. We hope to make our stay there an annual occurrence! Thanks so much :)

  Overall we were happy with the accommodations. We liked the location in a gated community near I-4. I would recommend having toll pass because quickest access to I-4 is a toll road. We liked having so many bedrooms, so many beds, and so many bathrooms. It comfortably handled our group of 12 adults. The common spaces were a bit smaller than at other houses we have rented in the past. But the house was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful. The main negative we experienced is that the pool didn't seem to have been cleaned prior to us coming and apparently the pool isn't able to be heated, just the hot tub. We were disappointed by that because we thought the pool was heated like other houses we stayed at.
