  The house was beautiful and very big we had plenty of room for everybody. We did have a couple of issues like blender not working or batteries dead on a smoke detector but they handled everything very well and were very responsive the whole time and fixed the issues right away overall we loved staying here for the week!

  Everything was good in the house, only problem we had was the WIFI wasn’t working so the kids couldn’t enjoy the game room to play. And internet service is really bad around the area, WiFi is much needed to order food in apps and etc. but other than that everything was great. I did got a discount because of the WIFI issue, than u for that. Place is very big for a big group of people and price is very reasonable.

  We loved our stay here. Absolutely beautiful homes and the amenities were perfect. The pool was at a perfect temperature that is perfect for babies. The gym was nice and clean and there was a hot tub too! Overall, a very positive experience.

  A casa é conforme as fotos e até com algumas coisas diferentes como a cor da parede mais sóbria. Roupas de cama e toalhas em bom quantitativo para todos. Sugestão de melhorias seria para os utensílios de cozinha…inserir tabuleiro, mais panos de prato e um mix ou máquina de waffle faria a experiência ser ainda melhor. Não nos atentamos para as as camas full dos dois quartos que são bem ruins para acomodar um casal maior…

  Very nice place. Would definitely recommend. Only downfall was the hot tub did it get hot and it took some time for them to answer at the gate to get in each time you left and came back. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Loved the house and it was well stocked with everything you needed for your stay. Very clever turning the garage into the game room!!

  The description of the villa should read cozy or roomy, not luxury. The first picture in the add is a game room with equipment that is not there or does not work. The furniture does not fit the space and is in need of attention. If you need lots of room to sleep while you do theme parks this place is for you. But if the home is the reason you rent it you will be disappointed. The pool was nice and the repair man they sent 2 days after we arrived was polite and that's it. The main office promised to fix and deliver the games missing but they never showed up. I asked for a partial refund and the reply I got through the APP was play the other games and play in the pool, no refund. I will never stay in any home listed by this company again. Their customer service is awful.

  Pros: The house was very inviting and warm. The house had enough place for our large group of 17. The kids loved their rooms. The decor was simple, yet chic. The game room was a very big hit, with a variety of games for all ages. I appreciate the little things such as: the baby stroller (we had no space to bring one) and the sign on how to use a fire extinguisher (you'll be surprise at how many people don't know how to use one). I appreciate the host responding in a timely manner. CONS: I didn't appreciate the $30 fee (3 day minimum) to heat a hot tub which suppose to be hot anyways. We enjoyed it cold. It should've been free with the amount of money spent to reserve the house. Some may wonder, what's an extra $30??? It's the principle. CONS: Being denied access to the water park on property due to the address. I don't recall that being mentioned.

  This place is spacious and beautiful! it was nice to be able to have a full kitchen to make meals. The pool was so clean! Heating the pool is worth it! Almost every room has its own bathroom and it is amazing!!!!

  The house was a great fit for our large family on vacation! It was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room! We had some issues with the TV/cable that they tried to fix but were unable to while we were there. However, they were responsive each time we needed them! We would definitely stay here again.

  House was beautiful and very spacious. Great location! The parking was a bit far for how many people we had staying but it wasn’t anything to knock. I would advise you bring your own towels, blankets and pillows if you have a larger group coming just because there isn’t enough there. Great stay! Would stay here again!!

  This place was pretty cool. I did have to contact the manager to get the game room heated and to open the vents on the lower level, so that the entire home could be heated. The team of repair people were awesome. I found them responsive to my requests. Overall, our visit was positive. The game room was great. All of the bedrooms are as listed. Everyone should have a great time here.
