The Story Behind Florida Premier Rentals

So let me tell you my story so far, so you understand that when you do business with FPR, you are dealing with a family business. We do what we do because we care and want to make a difference.

My name is Karen Collinson and I started my villa rental business many years ago almost by accident. It now employs myself, my daughters and a hand-picked team (all women BTW!) who share the same work ethics as we do. Our company motto is “Your Space, Your Time, Our Know-How” and we never forget we are just part of a bigger team that brings about amazing and unforgettable vacations in Orlando.

As a Mom, I always took my girls on vacation. However, my dream was to create a vacation rental home that families would really love to stay in. I wanted to create something extra special, with a more contemporary European ambience and every convenience that guests could wish for, and that’s what I did. My first bespoke property in Orlando was quickly overwhelmed with booking requests and soon friends began asking if I could re-style their vacation homes and get them bookings. This confirmed what I had always thought people were looking for. From these humble beginnings, suddenly we were in business!

25 years on  I’m proud to say that  FPR manages over 300 individually owned properties, all tastefully decorated and equipped to our own high standards. Themed bedrooms, private pool and spa’s,  game rooms, all give our properties that extra WOW factor. Of course, choosing the right location is vital. Our properties are all close to Disney on modern communities that offer fantastic amenities such as onsite pools, water parks, golf courses, on-site dining and more.

We constantly listen to feedback, respond to comments and continue to adapt and evolve. We tailor our vacation homes to what discerning travelers are looking for – it’s no use having a beautiful property if it’s in the wrong place or doesn’t meet guests’ needs.
