Our group of 23 stayed for 6 days here. We enjoyed the amenities and location to the Disney and Universal parks.

This was the perfect location! This property is not a long drive at all from Disney and very close to a lot of local restaurants/attractions. The neighborhood is very secure and nice. The house itself was tidy and spacious. Exactly what my family needed on this trip!

This property is approximately 10 minutes from Disney and close to lots of restaurants, Walmart, Publix and gift shops! Allow extra travel time because traffic is heavy in the area.

This house was perfect for our family. We had a couple of questions and we got super quick responses. Very easy to all of the Disney parks, SeaWorld, and the airport. My granddaughter LOVED her room, the playroom, and the pool was perfect! The only negative we have to comment on would be the air conditioning. I think that might need updating or something. It never was cool in there. We are from PA so it wasn't a big deal to us!

There were three families, 5 kids ages 3 to 10 plus adults. There was more thank enough room for all of us inside and out. Neighborhood is very nice and location to Encore is excellent. We went to the parks each day, super easy drive. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots and pans. We were there for a week. We cooked most of our meals at home, if you don’t plan to do that you may not need additional items in kitchen. We bought paper supplies, toilet paper, paper hand towels, napkins, salt and paper, Tupperware, foil, seranwrap
