Overview

The Dynamic is a sheer class six-bedroom vacation rental and can accommodate up to fourteen guests and sits on the sought-after Solterra Resort. Either relax or have a packed out schedule, this home has the best of both worlds.

Lower Floor

The Dynamic has a stylish and modern monochrome open plan living area. With a sleek black leather wrap round couch, the whole family can fit comfortably whilst watching the huge flat screen tv. The art deco rug and furniture giving it a flashy vibe. The gorgeous kitchen will provoke kitchen-envy with its four seater island breakfast bar and up-to-the-minute appliances. There’s everything you need including a dishwashers, coffee maker and pristine white cabinets filled with dinnerware and utensils. The dining area has a large eight seater table and large white dining chairs. On this floor there is a king-size bedroom with an ensuite complete with a huge flat screen TV.

Upper Floor

On the upper floor, You have a cosy lounge with a large soft grey couch to pop your feet up, and put a film on! Each bedroom has been decorated to a first class standard with fresh and lovely colours to your own taste. You have a king bedroom with an ensuite, two queen bedrooms, one shares a bathroom and the other has a private ensuite. Two bedrooms both with one twin and one double bed,  one bedrooms shares a bathroom and the other has an ensuite.

Outside Living Space

Cool down in the pool or relax those muscles in the spa. Escape reality in the book you been meaning to read on the sun loungers and dine alfresco at the outside dining table with seating.

Solterra Resort

Solterra is gated resort, situated in a prime location and offering a wealth of amenities including a clubhouse with a zero-entry resort style pool, pool side cabanas, a water slide, lazy river, and poolside bar and grill. The community offers a cafe, state of the art fitness center, kid’s playground, volleyball and tennis courts, a soccer field, and a walking trail.

1-12 guests $35 + tax for the entire stay
13+ guests $45 + tax for the entire stay
