Windsor at Westside pairs one of the shortest Disney drives with one of the better clubhouses: a lazy river, a two-storey slide tower, a splash pad, a poolside bar, an arcade and a fitness centre. It's a mid-2010s community, so the homes are modern without the new-build premium.
This is the resort where our themed villas cluster — Moana rooms, pirate bunk rooms, princess suites — which is why families with under-tens keep coming back to it. Homes run from four-bedroom townhomes to nine-bedroom villas.

Windsor at Westside is closer to Disney; Windsor Island is newer. Amenity lists are similar — lazy river, slide tower, arcade — so the decision usually comes down to drive time versus build year.
Are the themed bedrooms suitable for older kids?
Many of our Westside homes mix themed bunk rooms for younger children with plain king suites for teens and adults. We'll match the room mix to your party ages.
Is there a games room?
Most of the six-bedroom-plus homes have a converted garage games room with a pool table and arcade machines. Every listing lists exactly what's in it.
What's the drive to Disney really like?
Four miles on Westside Boulevard, nine to twelve minutes depending on the park. It avoids the busiest stretch of US-192 entirely.
