Overview

Happy Valley is a first class five-bedroom vacation rental and can accommodate up to twelve guests and sits on the sought-after Solterra Resort. Either relax or have a packed out schedule, this place is the best of both worlds.

Lower Floor

Happy Valley has a beautiful open plan downstairs and is designed to be the heart of the home. With a cream wrap round sofa, the whole family can cosy up and watch a game or chat. Sliding patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace for a tempting dip. The gorgeous kitchen will provoke kitchen-envy with its four seater island breakfast bar and up-to-the-minute appliances. There’s everything you need including a dishwashers, coffee maker and dark brown cabinets filled with dinnerware and utensils. The dining area has a large ten seater table that’s fit for a banquet. On this floor there is a king-size bedroom with an ensuite complete with a huge flat screen TV.

Release the inner competitive side in you in the games room! With a pool table and an air hockey, this room is great to use that energy up!

Upper Floor

Upon the upper floor, you have another master king bedroom rooms with an ensuite, one bedroom with one twin and one double bed, a bedroom with two twins and one queen bedroom all sharing a bathroom. You’ll find upstairs also has its own little chill zone, with a comfy grey sofa and a flat screen tv to escape the madness downstairs.

Outside Living Space

Cool down in the pool or relax those muscles in the spa. Escape reality in the book you been meaning to read on the sun loungers and dine alfresco at the outside dining table with seating.

Solterra Resort

Solterra is gated resort, situated in a prime location and offering a wealth of amenities including a clubhouse with a zero-entry resort style pool, pool side cabanas, a water slide, lazy river, and poolside bar and grill. The community offers a cafe, state of the art fitness center, kid’s playground, volleyball and tennis courts, a soccer field, and a walking trail.
