Overview

The 19th Hole is a luxury, vacation rental capable of accommodating up to twenty-four guests, in nine bedrooms. set right in the heart of Kissimmee, close to the excitement of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Lower Floor

The interiors of The 19th Hole vacation home are stunning. Think fresh and vibrant coloured walls, tiled flooring, comfy furnishing and classic lighting. Very stylish, open plan living and dining area features a grey leather corner seating sofa with two stripy blue armchairs, giving it that nautical seaside feel, facing a large, flat-screen TV. The chef in the family will feel at home in the fully fitted kitchen, which comes with stainless steel appliances, including range, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils. A breakfast bar with seating for five is the perfect place for morning coffee and a contemporary dark wood and white dining table sits up to eight guests for dinner. Of the downstairs bedrooms, you have two King-sized bedrooms with en suites. The games room is prefect for family tournaments! or if the kids just want to hang out too, with a pool and air hockey table, this is the perfect place to release the inner competitive side.

Upper Floor

There are also flat-screen TV’s in every bedroom in the property which is Wi-Fi capable. The upstairs bedrooms consist of one King sized bedroom, one Queen sized bedroom, Three two Twin Bedrooms, a three double bedroom, and a two double bedroom.

Outside Living Space

When you want to soak in the Florida sun in the comfort of your own private home, there is a stunning pool with a spill-over spa screened in from the elements to the rear of the property. Either lay, relax on the sun loungers or wine and dine on the 6 seater outside dining table.

Located within Champions Gate Resort, Florida Premier Rentals guests with benefit from all resort amenities, including two, Greg Norman-designed, eighteen-hole, championship golf courses, a swimming pool with private cabanas, a heated family pool with water slide and lazy river, fitness centre, and a restaurant and bar.
