The house was great. It had a few issues with things broken but it wasn't anything that affected our stay. They could do a better job cleaning the floors.

The only downside I can say is the pool was a little dirty but they were able to come out and clean the pool. Everything else was fine and enjoyed the stay

House is exactly as described and very comfortable for a large group including children. We enjoyed the pool, movie theatre, and game room. The 2 refrigerators in the kitchen were also a nice touch. Host is also very responsive, no matter the time he got everything resolved right away. Looking forward to staying in their other properties.

The house was great! had a few hiccups checking in/ few questions about the house and even though it was late, David was able to help us no problem and our requests were answered and taken care of in a timely manner. Location was great as well and perfect distance from alot of places. Would definitely recommend!

The home looked just as described, check-in was easy along with access to the home. Additional cost for the pool heat was definitely worth it and the tv and fridge outside topped it off. Only issue had was the tv inside the house as they were not operating properly. A call was placed an a tech came out, however he stated himself he wasn’t sure which remote did what so when the tv did come on it stayed on one channel lol. Otherwise everything was PERFECT !

Home looks like pictures. Outside patio TV and fridge was a plus. House could use a little cosmetic work like inside wall painting, stairs going upstairs needs repairing, etc. Kitchen could use more cooking accessories. Overall the house was ok with great amenities.

I recently had a challenging experience with a different property in Davenport, which had nothing to do with this management company. I had no choice but to seek a new place at the last minute. Fortunately, the management company for this property was incredibly responsive and assisted me promptly. Within three hours, I was settled into a clean and comfortable home that was conveniently located near Disney. The neighborhood was pleasant, and I truly appreciated the quick resolution of a minor issue we encountered during our stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with this property and would not hesitate to rent it again in the future. Thank you for your exceptional support during such a stressful situation!

Everything about the stay was as advertised and was good. This is a beautiful home with everything we needed. The only down side was I booked 1 day too many and asked in a timely manner to change it…..but they wouldn’t accommodate. That’s my fault, but hoped they would understand. Overall, this is a GREAT stay and I would love to stay again.
