  Fantastic home for our family vacation. The accommodation is fully stocked. The backyard is fenced and bordered with a tall hedge for privacy with lots of beautiful grass for yard games. We will stay here again.

  i will start off by saying the home has everything you need. so if you forget something they’re likely to have it. However our entire stay we really didn’t have ice from the fridge someone from maintenance came once but never fixed the problem.. The property needs to do some updating/fixing up on the inside but overall it was a nice house.

  After traveling all day and finally arriving, the house was not ready at 4 for check in, we waited another 20 minutes outside. Then, I had to call the cleaner and have them come back because they rushed, and missed a bathroom, and it was so dirty and had old diapers in the trash. We use air bnb all the time and this was our first bad experience upon arrival, but once cleaned the house was amazingly decorated and enjoyable.

  esta casa es totalmente BEUTIFUL! mi familia la paso super rico ! la casa esta totalmente limpia ! todo bello! una cosa que si me sorprendio mucho es que tienen todo lo que una familia nesecita ! desde utencilios para la cosina desde cosas para picina, todo todo lo necessarily! tenian muchas toallas para toda la familia esta casa es perfecta ! mi familia quedo totalmente encantada .. gracias orange vacation por estas perfectas vacaciones ❤️

  This house is amazing for large families with kids. So many bathrooms and bedrooms. So many video game consoles and TVs. Great play room in the garage. My only complaint is about the pool. We paid for the heated pool and it was not heated when we arrived. I contacted the management company and had to wait until they came to fix the pool the next day. We chose this house because of the pool so I was disappointed to not be able to use it for a whole day of our stay. We noticed the hot tub level was low again by the time we left so I’m afraid the next guess will have the same problem we did.

  The home MADE the vacation. All our grandchildren and daughter loved the place. The only down was not being able to heat the pool but I’m sure that was my fault

  We really enjoyed staying here. We felt right at home and truly loved the space. We had plans each day, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or the game room, but those spaces were so clean and very neat! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and they even had a stroller we could bring to the parks when ours broke on the airplane down. I had a few questions during our stay and they answered within minutes- they were so quick. It also felt very secure, we had to scan to get into the gate and into the neighborhood. The theme rooms were also so fun- we loved them and our kiddo loved the Mickey themed room! We made breakfast and dinner almost every night - so I recommend if that is something you want to do- you just need the basic ingredients and seasonings too! Publix had some great travel options (I.e a mini olive oil bottle) Overall 10/10 stay and we will definitely book again!

  We would definitely stay here again. It was clean, quiet and had tons to do for the kids to do even when it wasn’t hot out. Very family friendly and the pool was really warm when heated. Highly recommend!

  Fabulous stay and beautiful home. The kids had a TON to do and I was able to work remotely for two days with the computer hookup and extra monitor. Will absolutely be staying again!

  One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in! It was tastefully decorated with an added bonus of 2 Christmas tress and holiday decor (totally unexpected). This home has everything you need and more. The property is not selfish with providing items you may need during your stay like plenty of pots & pans and dishes, laundry detergent, strollers, car seats, or even board games. The outdoor space includes a beautiful spacious yard that offers privacy and plenty activities. The game room is simple but mighty offering plenty to do without having a bunch of noisy machines. It's a great home! The only small issue was I paid for the pool to be heated & the 1st day we arrived, it was cold. The Mgt. Co. responded, increased the temperature and credited me for that day. The only other disappointment was we don't have access to the community pool & slide. I'm not sure if I missed that in the description or not. Little ones were bummed but it didn't ruin experience. I would definitely come back!!

  I had such a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

  It was a fabulous stay and the house was great. My only complaint and it’s really more of a suggestion. Reword the Pool/Hot Tub heat rule. Most understand the pool maybe chosen to be heated but the Hot tub by definition should be heated…. I’d change it make sure everyone understands that both need heated. That’s my only negative on the stay. Would definitely stay again.

  The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated with the Disney wall art and murals, and had every amenity we could have asked for. The private pool the heated spa which was a huge hit, especially the pool TV & radio. Watching the sunset on the pool sofa was so relaxing! The kids loved themed bedrooms (Harry Potter was my favorite) and Wreck-It Ralph game room with professional sized ping pong and air hockey. We slept amazing and all the rooms had spacious king beds. The location was perfect, 10-15 minutes to Disney World, and has a private neighborhood and gated 24 hour security. The house amenities were top-notch, especially the high end coffee maker for my morning coffee. And the free Tesla EV charger made it super easy to charge. I got to enjoy a great game on the large OLED TV with surround sound. The kitchen was perfect and we cooked steaks on the grill and we got free gas. The internet worked great too and by the pool! I highly recommend that families stay!
