The open-plan kitchen/dining area includes a formal dining table for 18, a kitchen breakfast table seating 6, and barstools for 4. The exceptional kitchen area has a gas stove top, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, and granite countertops. The first floor includes a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, and the second floor also has a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

Additional amenities include a large family loft room with a high top table and chairs, a large L-shaped sofa, and a TV; a games/play room with a ping pong and pool table; and a movie/media room with cinema theater lie-flat chairs and a large screen smart TV. Outside, the large covered pool lanai area has a dining table and seating for 10 people, with six sun loungers arranged around the pool. The villa offers high-speed wireless internet access throughout the villa and pool deck, a high chair, and a pack and play. The driveway has parking for 2 cars, with additional street parking available.
