Lower Floor

The interiors have been designed to create a sleek, modest feel, with splashes of colour. The living and dining area is open plan seating for six guests with dark wood and black furnishings. The main living area features a corner couch with a teal accent chair, facing a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchenware necessary to prepare meals at home.

At Fun In The Sun you have a lower floor bedroom, perfect for family members who may struggle with stairs or those who just love being near to the pool! This is a King-sized bedroom with access to a family bathroom with shower.

Upper Floor

There is a king-sized, master suite with ensuite shower and also four twin beds, with access to a family bathroom. Every bedroom is furnished with its own flat-screen TV with complimentary Wi-Fi. There is also a laundry room on this level.

Outside Living Space

When you want to bask in the Florida sun in the comfort of your own private town-home, there is a stunning pool to the rear of the property. Dine outside on the beautiful 6 seater table for alfresco!
